Position Summary:
The role of the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is to contribute to the clinical educational and research missions of the organization. May provide clinical care in the inpatient or outpatient setting telehealth and triage. Provides regular health assessments diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions and formulate plans that include treatment psychosocial support health education and counseling. In addition the role will collaborate with other health professionals in assessing and managing health problems maintaining continuity of care and coordinating community services. Contributes to the development maintenance evaluation and change of the health care delivery system.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required.
Work Experience:
1 year of recent and related experience as an Advanced Practice Provider preferred.
Special Training Certification or Licensure
Colorado PA license or APRN license and prescriptive authority
DEA Registration
PA or NP certification by a national certifying body
Current CPR/BLS certification required. ACLS or PALS if applicable for specific practice area.
