This role includes cleaning locker rooms and restrooms and may require early morning late night or overnight shifts. You will be on your feet for most of your shift and working independently.
- Keep the gym clean organized and member-ready at all times
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms restrooms and high-traffic areas throughout your shift
- Sweep mop vacuum and maintain all flooring areas
- Wipe down equipment and high-touch surfaces during peak hours
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness standards across the entire club
- Restock paper towels soap and cleaning supplies
- Complete daily cleaning checklists with consistency and accountability
- Handle light maintenance such as minor repairs or touch-ups
- Identify and address cleanliness or safety issues immediately
- Reliable and shows up on time every shift
- Comfortable working independently without supervision
- Willing to clean all areas of the club including locker rooms and restrooms
- Able to stay active for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in clean environments
- Comfortable working early mornings evenings or overnight shifts
- Prior janitorial housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Hourly pay based on experience: $13 to $16 per hour
