Job Title: VA State Inspectors & Experienced Technicians

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform state inspections in compliance with Virginia regulations
- Utilize experience and skills to deliver high-quality service
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- VA State Inspection license
- OEM training/certification (Ford / Domestic OEM preferred but not required)
- Must possess personal tools
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record

Jesse Jones Director of Fixed Operations
Education and/or Experience
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- State inspection license preferred
- Ford (or other domestic OEM) experience preferred.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers clients customers and the general public.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to assess with problems and create possible solutions in collaboration with the team.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
