Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center Pueblo of Acoma NM
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (Full-time onsite)
Contract Length: Base year with potential 4-year extension
Start Date: As soon as possible (contingent on background clearance)
Augustine Angels a trusted provider of professional staffing services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide full-time behavioral health services at a culturally responsive youth residential treatment facility serving Native American adolescents.
Location: New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center Pueblo of Acoma NM
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (Full-time onsite)

Augustine Angels a trusted provider of professional staffing services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide full-time behavioral health services at a culturally responsive youth residential treatment facility serving Native American adolescents.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive mental health services including assessments diagnosis psychotherapy crisis intervention and referrals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide trauma-informed and culturally appropriate care
- Document services using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Support youth experiencing emotional behavioral and substance use challenges
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT EMDR DBT Motivational Interviewing etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted state LCSW license
- Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)
- At least 12 years of experience in adolescent mental health
- Experience working with Native American populations or in tribal/residential settings is strongly preferred
- Must pass a federal background check and provide all clearance documentation
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate (W-9 independent contractor)
- Federal holidays off
- Monday through Friday schedule

Compensation: $115.00 per hour
