Business Relations Manager - Fulwood Hospital - Preston

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

37.5 hrs Permanent

We are a leading private hospital in the Fulwood area of Preston committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. As part of our growth strategy we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Relations Manager to join our team.

This is a Senior position with direct reports and as the Business Relations Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and fostering relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities managing a small team and enhancing the hospitals market presence. This role requires a proactive approach excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen business relationships and drive revenue growth.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking industry research and partnership development.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders including healthcare professionals insurers and corporate clients.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for business expansion and differentiation.

  • Prepare and present business proposals reports and presentations to senior management and external partners.

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Business Administration Marketing Healthcare Management or related field

  • Proven experience in a business development or relationship management role within the healthcare industry preferably in a hospital or healthcare services setting.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare policies regulations and market dynamics in the UK.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving business targets and building successful partnerships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel
