You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) works in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health professionals. The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills qualifications and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.
This is a 6 month fixed term opportunity preferably based in our Melbourne office however applications from Brisbane and Sydney will be considered working a hybrid (2 office days) arrangement.
The Finance and Risk division contributes to this mission by leveraging data embracing technology and enabling change. By understanding the data that is relevant to decision making and providing in depth analysis where necessary Finance and Procurement supports the strong functioning of the Agency Management Committee Finance Audit and Risk Management Committee the National Executive all fifteen National Boards and our co-regulatory partners.
Finance and Procurement help maintain the financial discipline of the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme and financial sustainability of the National Boards so that fees paid by practitioners are kept to reasonable levels in line with the expectations of health ministers. Strategic Finance leads and develops long term forecasts forward looking analysis financial modelling and the cost allocations to National Boards to guide the financial sustainability of the National Boards and Ahpra.
The Anaplan Model Builder is responsible for designing developing managing and optimising Anaplan models and user interfaces (UX/UI) to support the Finance and Risk Directorates business planning and reporting requirements.
