Senior Client Solutions Specialist

Client Solutions Specialist role is based in our Warsaw office in the Client Solutions Team. Your responsibilities:

• Manage portofolio of specific industry clients globally

• Provide support to clients with day-to-day queries around Mercer products methodology and services

• Manage the process of collection verification and interpretation of compensation and policy data from clients

• Deliver custom trainings onboardings and Mercer tools demo for clients

• Cooperation with internal consultants- providing product and sales support (sales presentations product information contacting clients etc.)

• Prepare reports presentations and analysis of compensation & benefits data for our clients

• Continue knowledge development in field of compensation and benefits

Our requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a comp & ben and/or customer support environment

• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 minimum)

• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities assuming ownership of tasks and taking proactive approach to work

• Proficient communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively across different levels of the organization (internally and externally)

• Analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics

• Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable

• Knowledge of dashboard creation tools like PowerBI Qlick would be desirable.

• Availability for a full-time position (Monday-Friday flexible 8-10 a.m. 4-6 p.m.)

• Experience in working with large and complex numerical databases and the ability to understand how they function

• Experience in improving processes/practical use of client success methodology

• Fluent written and spoken German
