We are proud to be working with one of the most exclusive fine dining restaurants in London which is the holder of a Michelin Star. They are on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join their exceptional front-of-house team. Youll be working alongside some of the best chefs and hospitality professionals in the industry delivering world-class service in a truly refined setting.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Sommelier
- 29206 per annum plus circa 10000 service charge
- Paid travel card Up to zone 4 (After 6 months)
- Working 46 hours per week dinner service only
- Set days off Sunday and Monday
- 2 weeks of set annual leave in both August and January

Responsibilities as a Sommelier
- Delivering thoughtful and knowledgeable wine pairings to complement a fine-dining tasting menu
- Offering expert recommendations and creating memorable experiences for each guest
- Managing and maintaining the wine cellar ensuring impeccable stock rotation and storage
- Working closely with the kitchen team to remain in sync with seasonal menu changes
- Continuously developing your wine knowledge through exposure to rare and exclusive labels
