Property Sales Consultant

Location: Peterborough Hybrid

Salary:39178 per annum (including car allowance)

Permanent 35 hours per week Monday Friday 9am to 5pm with evening and weekend work as required. Dont worry well give you plenty of notice when thats required. (Currently the team are working 1 in 4 Saturdays based upon customer demand).

About the role

Step into a high-impact role as a Property Sales Consultant where every day brings new opportunities to make a be at the forefront of securing sales for both new-build and resale homes guiding customers through one of the most important decisions of their lives. From the first enquiry to handing over the keys youll deliver outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression.

Youll actively generate leads work closely with our marketing team to drive interest and ensure every transaction is smooth efficient and well-communicated. This role offers the best of both worlds - youll work independently to manage your own pipeline and meet targets while also being part of a supportive collaborative team that shares your drive for success.

With regular travel to developments across the country youll stay close to the action - meeting customer needs hitting sales targets and experiencing the excitement of turning plans into homes.

Salary

The salary for the Property Sales Consultant is 37928 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

This position is eligible for an essential car user allowance starting from 1250 per annum.
