- Vision: You develop and execute a clear vision for an existing gym floor assessment product and elevate it to the next level
- Innovation: You live for innovation and constantly look for new growth opportunities to create measurable impact for yourself for the team the company and the partners
- Customer Focus: You prioritize the end consumer and act as an ambassador for product development within the organization
- Development: You lead the data-driven development and improvement of our hardware and software features with a consumer-centric approach
- Leadership: You lead teams of software and hardware engineers to deliver value to our customers
- Communication: You comfortably communicate with various internal and external stakeholders align strategic approaches within the organization and engage with customers and gym members
Your fitness level
- Experience: You bring at least one year of experience in a product manager role and the lateral leadership of agile teams
- Knowledge: You have experience in both hardware and software product management
- Methods: You possess a solid understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods and techniques
- Communication: You are a talented and passionate communicator able to explain complex issues simply and understandably
- Languages: You have good language skills in both German and English
- Bonus: You have gained experience in Computer Vision & Bodytracking applications
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Understanding: You developed an outstanding understanding of our gym members and the opportunities (desires & problems) to improve the products software experience
- Roadmap: You created and aligned a clear product roadmap and goals for your team based on the product vision opportunities and business needs
- Insight: You have a good understanding of the products hardware and software components and their interactions within the ecosystem
- Relationships: You are valued by and have built strong relationships with the development and product teams as well as key stakeholders
- Overview: You acquired a comprehensive understanding of our platform and existing products along with customer needs and use cases
