Shape the future of EGYMs Salesforce landscape! As Teamlead Salesforce (m/f/d) in Munich youll lead our 6-person Admin Team driving the development and optimization of our Salesforce systems.   • Leadership & Development: You lead the Salesforce Admin team optimize team organization and foster the professional and personal development of your team members
  • Task & Project Planning: You plan and assign tasks and projects within the team to maximize productivity and growth
  • Quality Assurance: You review and monitor the teams output to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Process Optimization: In close collaboration with Process Owners and the Salesforce Solution Architects you continuously identify and implement optimization opportunities for systems and processes
  • System Operations & Availability: You ensure the smooth operation and high availability of Salesforce and all integrated applications to meet business requirements
  • Technical Support: You and your team provide first-class technical assistance efficiently resolve bugs and handle user queries with a solution-oriented approach
  • Project Collaboration: You actively involve your team in the design configuration testing and deployment phases of cross-functional projects
Your fitness level
  • Comprehensive Salesforce Experience: You have at least 5 years of technical experience with Salesforce particularly in Sales Cloud and bring a minimum of 3 years of team leadership experience
  • Technical Expertise: You possess in-depth knowledge of Solution Architecture Salesforce development (APEX Lightning Web Components Flows) and enterprise application management
  • Communication Skills: You excel at verbal and written communication effectively engaging audiences at all levels
  • Successful Stakeholder Management: You have a proven track record of managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Practical Implementation Strength: You bring a distinct hands-on mentality and demonstrable success in the goal-oriented implementation of Salesforce projects
  • Language Skills: You are business fluent in English and ideally have a good command of German
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Full Ownership: You take full ownership of the Salesforce Admin team
  • Efficient Capacity Planning: You effectively organize team capacity for projects and operational tasks including tickets and backlog management
