We are seeking people who:
Demonstrated leadership experience
Are visible and provide true leadership and mentoring to your team.
Work collaboratively with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance practices across site.
Manage all material equipment and labour costs for each of the tasks. Ensure budgets are maintained and ensure all billable items are accounted for.
Complete OH&S and Quality Assurance documentation.
Ensure compliance to WHS policies & procedures.
Liaise with the client to maintain workflows.
Foster a culture of Zero Harm
It would be great if you also have:
A minimum of 3 years experience in Site Supervision of project works.
Experience in supervising onsite employees and sub-contractors.
Intermediate use of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass (3 site Medipass) or willing to obtain.
A positive attitude towards yours and others safety.
