Job Description
Payroll Responsibilities:
- Processes regular and bonus payrolls for salaried employees
- Ensures levies garnishments and others deductions are withheld
- Prepares files for dead inventory generic earnings and additional payroll processing
- Maintains companys HRIS system
- Facilitates Payroll Budget Process
- LA Tax incentive and other specific town/parish incentives
Benefit Responsibilities:
- Reconciles monthly insurance invoices
- Administers the day-to-day and annual operations of the 401 (k) plan
- Responsible for preparation of Form 5500 for the 401 (k) and cafeteria plans
- Understands Companys employee benefit plans
Other Responsibilities:
- Review and approval of offer letters for recruiting department
- FCRA Fair Credit Reporting Act
- EEO-1 reporting
- Data analysis
- Reports maintains and monitors all workers compensation case files
- Responsible for annual workers compensation audit
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
