Tender Specialist
(15 years fixed-term contract - maternity cover position).
Job Description:
- Searching for tenders independently and through an external tender search engine
- Submitting and preparing tender documents
- Identifying Baxter products and competitors in tender announcements
- Entering bids into the BOOST application
- Preparing the tender offer for the customer per the requirements of the SWZ
- Asking questions for tender offers
- Monitoring and coordinating the bidding process:
- Entering correct bid statuses into the application
- Sending bids to the client
- Entering tender results and bids from competitors and distributors into the application
- Entering current business terms with customers into the JDE operating system
- Following the procedures of the customer service department/tender team
- Collaborating with the business department and other functional teams
- Creating tender reports
Required experience and skills:
- Knowledge of public procurement law ( knowledge of government procurement knowledge of public contracts)
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Preferred university degree - administration or law
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of English at a minimum B1 level and Polish language proficiency
- Communication skills
- Discipline ability to manage own time
- Independence in performing tasks and ability to work in a team
- Determination to provide the highest quality services
- Comprehensiveness in action
- Accuracy and reliability
