The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Financial Security Analyst to join our Compliance & Data Protection Department team responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) in order to ensure that all Company activities follow the necessary rules and regulations.
As a seasoned individual with extensive Payment Service Provider business knowledge and expertise your job is balanced between day-to-day high level operational execution and coordination of the strategic direction set by Head of AML MLRO.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (KYC) processes to verify client identities.
- Perform periodic reviews of high-risk clients to ensure ongoing compliance and risk assessment.
- Execute active monitoring of relevant activities in accordance with Money Laundering Reports (MLR) requirements.
Who Are We Looking For

- Master degree in Economics/Management/Law 2 years of aml compliance risk management and/or audit experience with a strong focus on risks and controls and risk-based auditing techniques.
- Practical working knowledge of payment institutions compliance and operations including the related rules and regulations
- Demonstrated skill in effectively communicating (verbal and written) results to a diverse audience; ability to work with all levels of management with a focus on collaboration and relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment.
- High ethical standards strong critical thinking detective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomous self-motivated and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to change or shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English
