With a multidisciplinary team and a client-focused approach they assist both startups and established entities in navigating complex legal and financial frameworks.
Our client is currently expanding their Audit team and is looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join their group of professionals. This is a great opportunity for qualified and experienced individuals looking to advance their career in audit and assurance.
Location: Hybrid - Msida
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate - Audit & Assurance your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion
- Apply relevant accounting standards and reporting frameworks in financial statement preparation
- Develop a solid understanding of the clients business and industry
- Communicate proactively with client management to gather information address queries and propose improvements to processes and controls
Requirements:
- Fully qualified (ACCA or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in audit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines
- Adaptable to changing client needs and business environments
- High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive information
