Job Description
An established iGaming company based in Piet Malta is currently looking for an RG Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone whos genuinely passionate about iGaming and committed to promoting safe and responsible play. Youll play a vital role in identifying risk behaviours and helping players maintain a healthy relationship with gaming.
This is a fully office-based role offering a salary of 28K a 10% performance bonus.
Role and Responsibilities
- Communicate with players via email and phone regarding RG-related issues
- Assess reports to identify signs of addiction behaviour
- Follow internal RG procedures to provide appropriate player support
- Regularly monitor flagged accounts (daily weekly and monthly reviews)
- Escalate complex cases to senior management
- Recommend improvements to existing RG processes and workflows
Skills and Experience
- Native-level or fluent Danish (spoken and written) - non-negotiable
- Fluency in English at a C1 level
- Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming Customer Support (non-negotiable)
- Flexibility to work shifts: 09:0018:00 and 15:0023:00 (no night shifts)
- Strong communication skills with a high level of empathy
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Genuine interest in RG and compliance
