Job Description
Join a collaborative team delivering masterplans and hospitality projects that enrich communities worldwide all from a friendly studio in South-West London.
Responsibilities
-
Develop concept and detailed designs for UK and international masterplans and hotels
-
Produce and coordinate Revit Rhino and Adobe documentation through all RIBA stages
-
Lead interdisciplinary workshops ensuring structural services and landscape inputs align
-
Present design intent to clients authorities and stakeholder groups
-
Assist in site inspections snagging and quality control to uphold design integrity
Skills
-
ARB registered (or equivalent) with 3 years post-Part III experience
-
Strong portfolio showing contextual user-centred design thinking
-
Proficiency in Revit Rhino Adobe Creative Cloud and visualisation tools such as Enscape
-
Confident communicator able to guide junior team members and liaise with consultants

Working knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainable design principles
