Description / Job Summary
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m. overtime as needed.
Job Summary: Coordinating all activities with customers brokers and warehouses. Responsible for order entry shipping invoicing and preparing all documents required for both Domestic and Export shipments. Must be able to coordinate shipments with production as needed and be able to maintain spreadsheets and/or contract ledgers to monitor customer requirements usage and balance of current contracts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years customer service in an office setting or equivalent college degree.
- Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must read write speak and understand the English language fluently.
- Must be willing to perform data entry on a regular basis in a timely manner.
- Must possess skills in Microsoft Word Excel E-mail and business websites.
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Must have courteous manner and neat appearance.
- Must be willing to set up new files and maintain files.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
