We are looking to recruit an Operations Officer to join a newly established department that centralizes client onboarding document management and operational support across the companys suite of products. Tasks
- Collect review and organize documentation required for client applications file assessments and KYB reviews.
- Perform basic customer due diligence (CDD) checks and escalate any findings in line with internal procedures and applicable regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Compliance Risk and Product Teams to resolve onboarding queries and address documentation gaps.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of digital client records within internal systems.
- Support day-to-day operational activities related to the companys customer-facing products including handling queries account updates and client support.
- Assist in collecting and logging product-related data for performance monitoring and analysis (e.g. usage support requests trends).
- Contribute to internal process optimization and cost-efficiency initiatives under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
- Support execution of customer communication or marketing initiatives linked to client-facing products as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and well-structured digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure adherence to internal policies workflows and regulatory obligations.
- Take part in internal reviews audits and ad hoc projects when required.
- Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned by management.
- Provide input and suggestions to improve the departments processes and tools.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations onboarding or administrative role within a regulated industry.
- Secondary level of education is required; O/A Levels preferred.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to prioritize work manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Word Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive quality-focused work ethic.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Team-oriented able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Adaptability to change and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
