We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of internal and external events. The ideal candidate will assist the Events Manager with logistics coordination and on-site support to ensure each event is executed to perfection. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is organized proactive and passionate about creating exceptional event experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating company events meetings and conferences
Communicate with vendors venues and service providers to confirm details and logistics
Manage event materials supplies and setup requirements
Provide on-site support during events ensuring smooth execution
Track budgets and manage timelines in alignment with event plans
Maintain event calendars and organize documentation
Support post-event evaluation and reporting
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Communications Business or related field
1-2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support (entry-level applicants with strong organization skills may be considered)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic event software tools
Availability for occasional travel or after-hours work during events
