Position Summary...
Senior Manager Brand Marketing Planning Sams ClubLocation: Bentonville AR Reports to: Senior Director Marketing Planning and Strategy (Planning Practice Lead)
Were looking for a strategic and highly organized Senior Manager to lead Integrated Marketing Planning for the Sams Club Brand team. This role will serve as the connective tissue between brand strategy and executiontranslating high-level direction into integrated marketing plans across paid owned social and onsite channels. Youll work closely with the brand strategy leads agency partners and internal channel teams to bring brand campaigns to life and ensure they deliver against business goals.
What youll do...
Integrated Brand Planning: Translate approved brand strategies into actionable marketing plans aligning with business objectives and member insights.
Channel Collaboration: Partner with channel activation site social and creative teams to develop and execute support plans across all channels.
Creative Briefing & Execution: Lead the development of marketing plans and manage the delivery of campaign assets in partnership with internal and external creative teams.
Performance Feedback: Monitor in-market performance and provide insights back to brand strategy partners to inform future planning.
Leadership Communication: Represent brand support plans and performance in leadership forums; clearly articulate marketing rationale and results.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a direct report responsible for developing integrated marketing plans that support the Members Mark brand.
Agency Partnership: Support brand strategy development in collaboration with agency partners ensuring alignment from strategy through execution.
What youll bring:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field; MBA preferred.
7 years of experience in brand marketing or integrated campaign planning.
Strong understanding of paid owned and social media channels.
Experience working with creative teams and briefing agencies.
Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to and engaging with senior leadership.
Highly organized with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.
