Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial clients addressing inquiries and providing support
- Analyze and assess clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Review policy renewals and make coverage recommendations as necessary
- Prepare quotes proposals and presentations for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests and policy changes
- Provide guidance and support to junior account management staff
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Previous Construction Restaurants Lessors Risk/Property Management experience is required
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in agency management software (EPIC highly preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $65k-$90k (based on experience)
