About the Role:
Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a high-caliber Executive Business Partner to work closely with the Managing Director. This role is designed for an ambitious individual who aspires to grow into a strategic leadership position and make meaningful contributions to the growth and transformation of a pioneering high-technology manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Support
* Act as a thought partner to the MD in planning decision-making and follow-through.
* Assist in evaluating and driving strategic initiatives business expansion and partnerships.
* Coordinate and track progress on key projects across departments (R&D Sales Manufacturing Service).
Executive Communication & Coordination
* Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders (Board Investors CXOs Clients Vendors).
* Draft review and manage high-impact business communications presentations and reports.
* Manage the MDs priorities calendar and prepare briefs for all meetings and reviews.
Business Process & Analysis
* Monitor KPIs project timelines and operational metrics; raise flags and recommend actions.
* Conduct industry competitor and market research to support business planning.
* Assist in managing investor relations statutory compliance and government liaison.
Leadership Enablement
* Attend leadership meetings take action notes and ensure timely implementation.
* Facilitate alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure execution against goals.
* Represent the MD in internal reviews or external meetings when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Technical Background: Engineer (Electrical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Mechanical) from a reputed institution.
Management Orientation: MBA or strong business acumen and analytical ability.
Experience: Prior experience in a similar strategic/operational/consulting/leadership support role.
Skills:
* Excellent verbal & written communication.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* High level of confidentiality integrity and ownership.
* Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
