Site Overview:
Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components supporting not only Indias defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach continue to shape Indias aerospace ecosystem.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of employees focused across the digital operations space to include infrastructure end user support network etc.
- Drive improvements for options and content of self-help.
- Identify innovations to improve support for end users.
- Establish governance with global knowledge leaders.
- Identify recurring issues and highlight to service owner; help find opportunities to reduce end user issues.
- Identify opportunities to send tickets to the appropriate queue at creation.
- Work globally to ensure consistency and acceptance for their respective region.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve support tools.
- Participate in budgeting process and manage IT Infrastructure related projects and investments.
- Identify and respond to professional growth needs for all team members and ensure they have the proper training to execute team deliverables.
- Foster a work culture at all levels that is positive collaborative respectful innovative dynamic with high integrity and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time.

Looking for candidate who can efficiently manage digital operations foster innovation and play a key role in the organizations overall success.
Education Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math) with advanced experience with minimum years of experience 6 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of network architecture servers storage systems and virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in security protocols threat detection risk management and compliance standards to protect digital assets.
- Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS Azure Google Cloud) cloud architecture and cloud services management.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems customer relationship management (CRM) software and other enterprise applications.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues provide support and ensure system reliability and performance.
