Job Description

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Service Analyst to join our IQVIA team in Athens and who will be responsible for managing Client Service activities turning our unparalleled big data into meaningful services for our Clients. Client Service Analyst will have the responsibility for supporting clients in analyzing IQVIA property data and ensures they obtain maximum value from IQVIA products and services. Will also answers client queries and collaborates with the Sales team to best support the clients. Provides in-depth training in databases and products and assists the sales team in preparing quotations.

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with a analytical background who are looking to kick-start their career in a dynamic client-facing environment. The role follows a hybrid working model requiring minimum two days per week in the office.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide additional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues including pre-analysis of data query and cooperation with Data Integrity team in finalizing the resolution feed-back to the client.
  • Act as a point of contact for client complaints ensuring timely and empathetic resolution Manage queries raised by client using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIA property data to ensure that full and timely response is provided (also with support from other functions teams) using company tools (QMS/CSM) and respecting contractual SLA.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client data requirements and ensure that the products delivered are accurate timely and meet the clients expectations.
  • Research analyze and respond to client inquiries that are routine in nature.
  • Handle complex and sensitive client interactions with professionalism and composure.
  • Partners with the Account Manager and clients to derive optimum value from IQVIA products and services by explaining and expanding the usage of current IQVIA deliverables and identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients.
  • May conduct product/services and process training for clients and other employees.
  • May conduct service meetings at client sites.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • MSc with strong interest into data analysis
  • Attention to details and respect of deadlines
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SQL and Python would be a plus along with a desire to develop further these skills)
  • Ability to manage various projects simultaneously and in line with priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills establishes empathy attitude with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly client-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and pro-active approach.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers managers and clients.
