We are currently seeking a dedicated and experiencedBand 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)to join our clients mental health team inLondon Greater London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic community setting supporting individuals with a range of mental health needs. The role is available on alocum basiswith animmediate startand offerscompetitive rates.
As a Community Psychiatric Nurse you will manage a caseload of service users with complex mental health needs providing comprehensive assessments care planning and therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams liaise with families and carers and contribute to risk assessments and safeguarding procedures. The role also involves crisis management medication administration and supporting recovery-focused care in the community.
