Reablement Support Worker 8410 Permanent contract 19188 to 20451 per annum (Scale E) 27.75 hours per week Reed House Norwich
Working pattern over two weeks including weekends and bank holidays.

The vacant post is 27.75 hours per week working in Eaton and surrounding areas of Norwich. You will work a range of mornings (either 7.30am to 2pm or 8am to 2.30pm) and evenings (either 4.30 to 9pm or 5 to 10pm) with the hours averaged out over a two-week rota enabling you to plan in advance to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You need to be caring empathetic and committed to making a difference to peoples lives with the ability to easily commute to peoples homes in North Norfolk so will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
