As we continue to grow were seeking an experienced and driven Financial Adviser to join our Surfers Paradise team. This is a unique opportunity for someone to make a significant impact and take the next step in their career.
The Role
As a Financial Advisor youll work closely with our team of expertsincluding lawyers accountants mortgage brokers and property strategiststo provide highly tailored financial strategies for our clients. With a strong source of referrals this role offers the perfect opportunity to develop and grow a high quality client base while being rewarded for your contributions to the firms success. Your role will involve leading client relationships mentoring junior team members and delivering truly comprehensive advice.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships built on trust and results.
Leading collaborative workshops with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored strategies.
Overseeing financial planning strategies projections and modelling.
Reviewing Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA) produced by the paraplanning team with accuracy and professionalism.
Conducting in-depth research and analysis to ensure advice is informed and innovative.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining professional standards.
Supporting the development of junior advisers and promoting best practices.
About You

To excel in this role youll need:
2 3 years experience as a Financial Advisor.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration/licensing as a Financial Advisor in Australia.
A track record of delivering tailored financial advice with a client-focused approach.
Strong technical knowledge across investments superannuation SMSF property and insurance.
Exceptional communication skills to explain complex financial concepts with clarity and confidence.
Leadership potential and a passion for mentoring and supporting team members.
Proficiency with financial planning software (experience with Fin365 / Dash / Microsoft Suite is a bonus).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
