The company is seeking to hire an insightful Data Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing performance throughout the project lifecycle from claim receipt to finalization and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project timelines resource allocation and overall efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes reduce cycle times and enhance productivity.
Generate regular reports on process efficiency highlighting areas for improvement and providing actionable management insights.
Leverage technology tools including AI and data analytic platforms to optimize workflows and improve decision-making.
Work closely with various departments to identify process bottlenecks gather feedback and implement solutions.
Evaluate the financial impact of process improvements and ensure alignment with profitability goals.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Data Analytic Business Administration or in any related field.
1-3 years of experience as a data analyst preferably in an insurance/loss adjusting industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL Python etc.
Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with technology tools including AI and automation platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of project management principles.
Familiarity with consulting methodologies.
