Job Description

Motorola Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and talented AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Australia. As an AI Engineer you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and transform our products and services. This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for flexible work arrangements.

What youll be doing

• Design develop and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms to power our intelligent software offerings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using AI and machine learning

• Optimise and fine-tune AI models to achieve superior performance and reliability

• Implement robust testing and validation procedures to ensure the quality and robustness of AI-powered solutions

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and contribute to the companys technical vision and roadmap

• Mentor and guide engineers across multipleteams sharing your expertise and best practices

Basic Requirements

What were looking for

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related technical field

• Proven track record of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a commercial setting

• Proficiency in popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms neural network architectures and data preprocessing techniques

• Experience using AI for conversations search RAG and entity extraction

• Experience in deploying AI models in cloud-based environments

• Familiarity with software engineering best practices including version control CI/CD and testing

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
