You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Head Coach the Assistant Womens Volleyball Coach is responsible for the assisting the Head
Coach in the day-to-day administrative and program management of the programs to include: recruitment
retention and skills training as it relates to the development of a competitive NCAA Division II Womens
Volleyball program capable of winning CIAA championships and capable of competing for a National
championship. The Assistant Coach is accountable for ensuring the teams compliance with NCAA and CIAA
rules and regulations and with University policies procedures and budgetary constraints. The Assistant Coach
will actively assist in fundraising endeavors and committee service as assigned. This is a part time seasonal
position.

Strong oral and written presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to read write and speak fluently in English.
Physical Demands
The work environment is an athletic and office setting which requires the ability to travel much of the time work
long hours including evenings and weekends be physically active able to lift up to 50 pounds and have the
ability to demonstrate specific skills.
