General Warehouse Support II - Job Summary
Our General Warehouse Support II willbe receiving and putting away product small parcel shipping will call administrative supportduties prioritization of cable cutting and scrap cable management.
EssentialJobFunctions:
- Unloads inbound shipmentschecks inbound materials in receives material into the prelude system labels and puts away materials with a barcode scanner.
- Prioritizesthecablecutplanningandprocessing.
- Managesthereporting ofscrap cable.
- Identifiessmallparcelfulltruckloadloadsmallparcellessthantruckload heavy weight airwillcall/customer pickup ordersandroutesthemto theappropriate shippingarea.
- Processpackagesviathesmallparcelshippingterminal.
- Setspickupappointmentsloadsordersobtainssignaturesandconfirmswillcallorders.
- MaintainconfidentialityofallproprietaryinformationasrequiredbytheCompany.
- Display strong work ethic and honesty andadhereto allcompany guidelines policies and procedures.
- Additional job duties can be added at any time.
Details:
KnowledgeSkillandExperienceRequired:
- Excellentcustomerserviceskills.
- Abilitytooperateastandardforklift.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Haveadaptabilityandbeopentochange.
- Clockin/outaccuratelyandtakerestandmealbreaksas requiredperCompanypolicy.
- Abilitytostandforlongperiodsoftimebendandreachoverhead.
- Workinafast-pacedenvironmentwithorganizationalskills.
- Experienceusingahandheldscanner.
- Workovertimeasrequiredbased onbusinessneeds.
- MinimumEducation(orsubstituteexperience):HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent.
- MinimumExperiencerequired:1yearofwarehouseexperience.
- Consistent Work History
- Ability to read and write in English and an understanding of Basic Math skills.
Shift:12PM - 10:30PM Monday - Thursday (4/10s)
$18 - $19/hour $1.50/hour shift differential
