Job Description

Community Support (PT)- HOAMCO (Scottsdale AZ)
HOAMCO is seeking a part-time Community Support employee for our Scottsdale offices this is an in-office position. Looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills and great customer service skills.
This position is 20 hours weekly Monday through Friday - Flexible schedule. Apply today!
Rate of Pay: $18-$20 Hourly DOE
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Professional demeanor
  • Customer service skills
  • Dependable
Job Duties:
  • Coordinating overall general inquiries.
  • Homeowner communications; responding to homeowner inquiries process architectural submittals addressing amenities questions.
  • Payment assistance; Guiding homeowners through payment processes including HOA dues and fees.
  • Answering questions related to account balances and payment methods.
  • Coordinating with the Accounting Department to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Administrative tasks; maintaining accurate records of homeowner communications and requests.
  • Updating community directories and databases as needed (i.e. website).
  • Drafting and distributing general communications such as notices and reminders and email blasts.
  • Vendor and contractor coordination; acting as a liaison between management and approved vendors or contractors.
  • Schedule maintenance or repair work for community facilities
  • Following up on vendor and repair calls to ensure satisfactory completion.
  • Conflict resolution support; addressing homeowner concerns or disputes to de-escalate issues while directing more complex matters to the Community Manager.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.
