Work Study - Office Aide

DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:

Wyoming School-University Partnership (WSUP)

Job location: McWhinnie 213

Pay rate or range: $14.00/hour

JOB PURPOSE:

The assists and supports the WSUP Project Coordinator Sr. in general functions of the WSUP office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General functions include office duties as assigned cleaning social media management marketing data entry assist with budget summaries scheduling scanning archiving event planning tech assistance and special projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma GED Equivalent
Experience: Minimal experience with social media management marketing and event planning preferred but not required.
Must be eligible have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in an office or customer service environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn basic technological equipment with minimal training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Google Drive and Canva
  • Minimal experience with social media management marketing and event planning
  • Ability to network with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated value for public education
  • Solution-oriented and feedback-driven
