Job Description

Littleville Elementary School3rd Grade TeacherPosition Overview: We are looking for an educator who is passionate about student-centered learning and committed to fostering academic and social-emotional growth. The ideal candidate is reflective collaborative and uses data to inform instruction while maintaining high expectations for all Responsibilities:Plan and implement daily lessons aligned with district curriculum and state standardsDifferentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all studentsCreate a supportive inclusive and engaging classroom environmentAssess and monitor student progress; communicate effectively with familiesCollaborate with grade-level team support staff and administrationParticipate in professional development and school-wide initiativesQualifications:Bachelors degree in education (required)Valid MA DESE teaching license/certification for elementary educationExperience teaching at the elementary level preferredStrong communication organizational and interpersonal skillsCommitment to equity and inclusive practices in education
