Job Description
Axiom Staffing Group is seeking a Production & Sanitation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing and sanitation operations. Reporting to the Plant Manager this role ensures efficient high-quality production with minimal waste and full compliance with food safety sanitation and workplace standards.
This is a third shift position- temp to hire- $25.00/hour while in probationary period and once hired to company yearly salary is $65000.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise production and sanitation personnel.
Ensure smooth production flow and resolve bottlenecks.
Coordinate with Maintenance QA and Distribution teams.
Monitor and improve sanitation procedures and costs.
Maintain compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
Manage staffing training scheduling and employee performance.
Prepare reports and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in food processing and packaging.
Strong leadership communication and supervisory skills.
Knowledge of equipment setup maintenance and sanitation standards.
Familiarity with HR principles and safety compliance.
