Description:
Join our amazing team atAdobe Animal Hospital as the next great step in your career. The ideal candidate will be an experienced dependable detail-oriented team player who loves animals and being part of a fun supportive team. They will have experience rooming patients assisting in surgery placing IV catheters drawing blood and running bloodwork knowledge of X-rays and dental X-rays proper positioning experience with proper animal handling and restraint understanding the importance of client education and being a positive and supportive team member. If you are a Vet assistantlooking to advance your career and share your skills and knowledge with a motivated staff then we are excited to hear from you!

Qualifications
Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant.
Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT RVT or LVT) preferred or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements.
Degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program preferred but not .
Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians with exams treatments and surgical procedures.
Safely handle and restrain animals; administer medications and vaccines.
Collect lab samples and maintain accurate patient records.
Educate clients on pet care and ensure a clean organized work environment.
