Snap-on Inc. a global premiere tool and equipment manufacturer has an exciting opportunity within our Industrial Business Group for an Outside Sales Manager. This role is responsible for driving sales growth across Minnesota North Dakota South Dakota Iowa and Western Wisconsin by leading a team of Account Managers and executing strategic sales initiatives.
In this role youll provide leadership coaching and hands-on support to enhance your teams sales acumen and performance. You will conduct product promotional and new product launch training while also executing strategic corporate promotions and marketing programs. As a key player in driving growth you will help identify and deliver solution-based selling strategies to key customers and buying groups including end users and decision-makers across critical industries.
Snap-on offers a competitive compensation package which includes a base expense sales bonus opportunity plus expense reimbursement. Snap-on also offers a complete benefits package that includes: medical vision dental life insurance 401(K) Savings and offers a Company paid retirement plan and many other benefits. Average range $85000-$95000 annually with additional bonuses for achieving sales plan both at quarterly and annual levels. Actual compensation may vary based on experience location & other factors.
