Join our Ofsted-rated Outstanding Childrens Social Work team at North Lincolnshire Council where your work will have a lasting impact.
Were looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Assessment team within The Front Door Service working across Child in Need and Child Protection. Youll be part of a supportive family-focused environment that values your voice your growth and your wellbeing.
What Youll Be Doing:
Supporting children and families through strengths-based relationship-led practice
Managing a varied and manageable caseload
Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners
Contributing to our One Family Approach to achieve the best outcomes.
Who Were Looking For:
A qualified social worker or someone nearing the end of their training (within the next 3 months)
Registered with Social Work England
Experienced in working with children young people and families
Knowledgeable about statutory and legal responsibilities
A confident communicator and team player
