Job Description

What Youll Do:

  • Deliver expert application support for our sales service and OEM teams as well as direct customers.
  • Plan and conduct world-class demos training and hands-on sessionsboth in-house and on customer sites.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless support from technical training to product feedback.
  • Create and contribute to marketing and technical materials (application notes blogs webinars).
  • Collaborate on prototype testing product enhancements and the development of new solutions.
  • Maintain a clean safe and organized lab environment.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Material Science Physics or Chemistry is required.
  • A MSc or PhD in microanalysis or related industrial experience is a strong advantage.
  • Deep interest in materials science and electron microscopy.
  • Hands-on experience with EM and microanalysis technologies in a research or customer-focused environment
  • Proficient in both German and English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skillsable to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Solid knowledge of microanalysis methods and tools.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and strong administrative/reporting capabilities
  • Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive and independent with a can-do mindset.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing sales and product teams.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally including overnight stays.
