What Youll Do:
- Deliver expert application support for our sales service and OEM teams as well as direct customers.
- Plan and conduct world-class demos training and hands-on sessionsboth in-house and on customer sites.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless support from technical training to product feedback.
- Create and contribute to marketing and technical materials (application notes blogs webinars).
- Collaborate on prototype testing product enhancements and the development of new solutions.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized lab environment.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Material Science Physics or Chemistry is required.
- A MSc or PhD in microanalysis or related industrial experience is a strong advantage.
- Deep interest in materials science and electron microscopy.
- Hands-on experience with EM and microanalysis technologies in a research or customer-focused environment
- Proficient in both German and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skillsable to simplify complex technical topics.
- Solid knowledge of microanalysis methods and tools.
- Proficiency with MS Office and strong administrative/reporting capabilities
- Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive and independent with a can-do mindset.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing sales and product teams.
- Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally including overnight stays.
