As we continue to expand our business we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our procurement team as the Working Student Purchasing (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. The role offers flexibility to work hybrid from our Leipzig headquarters.

This position is a great opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the fields of international purchasing supply chain management and business operations while continuing their academic studies. In this position you will play a key role in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into how a global procurement function operates within a dynamic e-commerce environment.

What Youll Do

• Assist in tracking purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers.
• Help manage supplier communications (in English and/or other languages).
• Maintain and update purchasing records and databases.
• Monitor order and shipment statuses and help resolve delivery issues.
• Assist with invoice checks and basic reporting.
• Collaborate with the logistics product and finance teams.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to procurement.

What Youll Bring

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant academic program(e.g. Business Logistics Supply Chain or a related field).
• You have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• You are proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• You have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages would be a plus.
