Erie Family Health Centers a nationally recognized top workplace with 13 sites in Chicago and suburbs is looking for a valuable addition to our Operations team! The Manager of School-Based Health Operations is responsible for overseeing all school-based sites including all operational activities and projects within the building. Plans directs organizes controls and evaluates the operations of five school-based clinical practice sites as well as is accountable for budget development and adherence financial performance visit volume and patient satisfaction for the sites labor productivity people development and management practices quality management quality improvement regulatory compliance and achievement of the goals and objectives of the school-based health center(s).

*Compensation is based on each candidates experience skills and education within the range identified for the role.
