About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager that will lead a team responsible for helping the Information Management organization coordinate evidence and track activities associated with daily RCSA initiatives. This manager position will lead 12-13 direct reports performing multiple functions in Information Management Utilitys Governance Risk Management & Quality space including: In-line Quality Control Control Evidence Quality Reviews Risk Management & Procedures.

In this role you will:

• Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
• Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement redesign change management initiatives and risk control development
• Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargos business line objectives
• Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
• Interact directly with executive management to influence optimize and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
• 2 years Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge of Risk Control Self Assessment RCSA
• Knowledge and understanding on Control Programs including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) executing the RCSA (risk identification risk assessment - inherent/residual and control design and Issue Management.
• Experience assessing processes procedures and identifying controls. Comprehensive understanding of operational risk management in the financial services or other highly regulated industries
• Quality Control/Assurance
• Experience with Quality Control processes
• Experience in Quality Assurance internal testing or audit functions or third-party reviews.
• Advanced understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies tools and processes
• Experience managing Quality Control or Quality Assurance team
• Familiar with Quality Testing Tool (QTT) and SPARQ Program
• Experience with leading a team and communicating with LOB leaders

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
• Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work from one of the approved job posting locations three (3) days in office & two (2) days remote.
