The Opportunity
We are looking for proactive Business Growth Managers to manage key client relationships and drive performance marketing success with a focus on European markets. The role is a blend of business development and account management where you will be the main point of contact for clients ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development within your assigned region.
What Youll Achieve
Under the supervision of the International Market Manager you will own the success of our clients in the German or Polish market. Your mission is to build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with existing and new advertisers with the objective of developing and growing accounts.
Your Mission & Responsibilities
As the expert for your market you will build and nurture a portfolio of new and existing clients. Your goal is to become their indispensable partner for growth.
- Drive New Business: Research identify and engage potential advertisers in the DACH and/or Polish markets who are hungry for high-quality leads. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that win new business.
- Grow Key Accounts: Manage your client portfolio acting as their main point of contact. Youll analyse campaign performance deliver data-backed insights and proactively identify opportunities to expand accounts.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Become a trusted advisor. Nurture strong long-term relationships through clear and consistent communication (calls video conferences and emails).
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our internal marketing and tech teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and optimization turning strategy into results.
Youre A Perfect Fit If You Have
- 2 years of Sales customer service or business development experience
- C1 (or higher) proficiency in either German and/or Polish.
- B2 proficiency in English (essential for internal communication)
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills
- Proven comfort and effectiveness in communicating with clients via telephone
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
- Proactive self-motivated and results-driven
Bonus Points
- A solid understanding of performance marketing (lead generation affiliate marketing media buying)
- Proficiency in other European languages (particularly German Romanian Dutch Czech Italian)

- Salary : from 22K to 40K per annum depends on experience (DOE).
