The Senior Manufacturing Scientist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the daily production needs of a Reagent manufacturing work cell. This includes investigation and resolution of assay failures during in-process/pre/post fill reagent testing transfer and maintenance of bills of materials and material specification changes due to new material qualification or supplier changes and updating/correcting/transferring SOPs in compliance with current quality system standards. This role will directly support the transfer of the Urinalysis reagent manufacturing cell to the Chaska facility. There will be opportunities to tackle problems to keep UA/IA reagents moving through the value stream to serve our customers with high-quality finished goods.
This position is an integral part of the Reagent Operations department located in Chaska Minnesota and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Technical Operations team and report to the Manager Manufacturing Science responsible for conducting investigations document updates design changes troubleshooting and more. The salary range for this role is 98-115K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
