Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Location: Greer
Job Type: Full-Time

What Youll Do as a Scheduler:
As our Scheduler youre the heartbeat of our daily operations. Youll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly ensuring caregivers are matched with clients filling open shifts and keeping families informed. If youre organized people-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is the perfect role for you.
A Day in the Life:
Coordinate daily caregiver schedules to ensure seamless client coverage
Be a calm friendly voice on the phone for clients and caregivers
Quickly respond to last-minute changes call-outs and shift gaps
Notify clients and families of any schedule updates or caregiver changes
Work closely with our operations and care team to make sure everyone is on the same page
Send a daily summary report to the team so nothing falls through the cracks
What Were Looking For:
A positive proactive communicator who loves solving problems
Experience working with seniors or in healthcare is a big plus
Comfortable working with clients who may have dementia or Alzheimers
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Flexible and calm under pressure you thrive in a busy office!
High School Diploma or GED required
