Position Overview
We are excited to announce entry-level openings for Case Manager Assistants to join our dedicated team. In this role you will play a vital role in supporting our case managers and attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services. If you are detail-oriented have strong organizational skills and are looking to launch or further your career in the legal field this is an excellent opportunity for you.

*This role is located at our Beverly Hills office and requires physical presence on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Collect organize and file medical records and documents
- Initiate insurance claims
- Open Medi-Cal/Medicare/Private Insurance Liens
- Support investigation efforts and coordinate with investigators to collect witness statements
- Arrange medical appointments for clients
- Order and check status of Traffic Collision Reports
- Assist with client communications
- Draft and send miscellaneous letters
- Fill out and file forms (i.e. SR1 and SR19)
- Provide daily assistance to the Case Manager
- Cover for the Case Manager in case of absence
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software processes and procedures
- Capable of efficiently managing high work volumes in a fast-paced setting and adapting to changes
- Ability to maintain professionalism always responding calmly and courteously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments with a willingness to take on additional duties as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Proficiency in Spanish is desirable; candidates fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply
