Job Description
Location: Oklahoma City OK and Surrounding Areas
Are you a licensed Physical Therapist looking for meaningful work that lets you support patients where it matters mostin their own homes At Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City were seeking a skilled and compassionate PT to join our growing team. What Youll Do:
Provide in-home physical therapy services to patients recovering from illness injury or surgery
Develop and manage personalized care plans focused on mobility safety and independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including nursing OT and physicians
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Accurately document visits and communicate with the care team
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma
One year of recent clinical experience preferred (home health experience a plus)
Strong communication organizational and documentation skills
Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation
