Drive census growth by achieving and exceeding referral goals.

Serve as a trusted guide through the referral-to-admission process.

Analyze market data to uncover new referral opportunities and territories.
Identify and overcome admission barriers to support patient access.
Deliver impactful in-services and presentations to referral sources and community partners.
Additional Job Description
Education: Current state professional licensure essential (i.e. RN LPN Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist SLP etc) preferred.
Licenses/Certificates: Current drivers license in state of employment and acceptable driving record required. Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association (AHA) is required. Current South Carolina Licensure for your scope of practice of your licensure (Registered Nurse Licensed Practical Nurse Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist) is required
